Yes I have a complaint regarding the quality of food that was purchased at the Pizza Hut in Barstow ,Ca 92311. The locations address is 481 Armory Rd. I visited this location on Sat May 27,2023 about 8:30/9:00 pm. I made the order over the phone . The order was placed under the name of Mary Hailey , with phone number 760-881-1892. The order was for 2 meat lovers Calzones . This is was placed for my Boss and I . (I am Sandra Wilson ) My boss is Mary Hailey (The name the order was placed under). Also it was paid for by way of Debit card for a final total of 21.00 and some change. With the Calzones there were 4 dipping sauces ordered as well. Now those Calzones or rather my (Sandra Wilson)Calzone was the worst Calzones I ever experienced in life. It was over cooked with the dough being dark dark brown. It was so overcooked that it sounded as if you were eating some corn chips or a hard taco shell. It was cooked with the Calzone dough not closed up with the meat and cheese in side of it but rather it had openings in it where you could see straight through it from one side to the next. This was so disappointing as I could not even completely eat the entire Calzone.. Now I said my Calzone because my boss and I did not eat together that night . She had hers at her home and I took mines home with me. I do not have money to waste like that. I had plenty of options to choose from as far as places to eat however I chose Pizza hut . On top of that the order was made on the second call to the Barstow location because on the first call the female associate that answered the phone had no clue on what a Calzone was and so she told me that Pizza Hut did not sell that item !!. Rather than asking a Manager or another worker she chose to say that Pizza Hut did not sell Calzones. I then waited a few minutes and called back and was able to get my order in. Any and all of the information given to you pertaining to this visit and order can be verified on your end with your transaction history report or whatever records you may keep pertaining to your sales and transactions.

When visiting our local Pizza Hut I have found a discrepancy in the price of the personal pan pepperoni pizza. The menu clearly show the price of $5.99 for a personal pan pizza 1-3 toppings, yet I’m always being charged $6.49. It’s not the amount that concerns me so much as the attitude from the employee/manager I get when I question the difference. One told me ,”oh, I hate these menus…whatever that means and the next time the manager threatened to not serve me when I told her it’s not legal to charge a different price than what is advertised and that I could call corporate. The next time we visits the store, it has a sign that directs you to grab a menu, place your order and then have a seat. This is great if it was always the same….but each time it is different (the sign is still there) and sometimes we can place our order and other times they tell us to take a seat and the server will come and take your order. We were just there yesterday 5/27/2023 and directed to take a seat, which we did and then were neglected to the point that we just left. I understand the staff shortages and we are willing to be patient….but we could still be treated with respect.

What is up with the Pizza Hut App? I cannot order a pizza with more than 3 toppings of my choice. I have been order a pizza with 5 toppings; but starting yesterday, when I try to add a 4th topping I get a message saying something about the pizza doesn't bake properly with more than 3 toppings, and doesn't allow me to add additional toppings. However, if I order a Supreme, it comes with 5 toppings. I guess a Supreme is not fully baked since it has more than 3 toppings?

I’m writing a complaint about Pizza Hut in Rolla I was told to call customer service which was their office and I never got my pizza bad experience ever manager was rude and not professional at all and lied several times about the order

I tried to contact the restaurant but NO ONE answered the phone. I waited almost 2 hours before my delivery shower up. 40 minutes from the time it left the store. I live less than 5 minutes away. My order was cold (Detroit triple meat), my doing sauce was warmer and had more flavor than the pizza which was lacking in cheese meat and sauce & to boot the delivery driver almost forgot my 2 litre had I not asked for it, where he proceeds to tell me it was dropped and rolled around. Yes, flat Pepsi. For $25. For that price someone should have answered the restaurant phone and my order should of been with eating. What I received was cold toasted bread with a few items thrown onto it for presentation (about 6 pieces of pepperoni). I’m so dissatisfied with this store and the driver. Not Good Business! I should be refunded and I am going to try to cancel payment on this order. NOT GOOD BUSINESS

Hi, this is regarding pizza hut huelva Spain. I order a pizza at 8 pm to be deliver at 9:15 pm, it was deliver at 10:15 pm, cold, uncooked and not edible. I called and they keep hangers the phone. I am a customer that I order pizza every week and some times twice a week. Thank
