I am a resident of Natchez Ms. I had a current incident among several that I would like to express. At approximately 9:50 p.m on June 24, 2023 I pulled up to the popeye’s located in Natchez Ms not aware of the closing time. I pull up at the area to place an order. After waiting about a minute or less, the cashier not greeting me, tells me what they have left. I’m confused thinking that she must’ve been talking to the car that was ahead of me. I proceeded to tell her that I wasn’t sure what she was talking about and the car that pulled up must’ve not completed the conversation with her and I was trying to place an order. She said “and I’m
Telling you what all we have left cause we close at 10 about 8 mins from now.” I’ve had a few rude encounters with this branch but this was beyond what I was willing to let go. While I understand that after a shift, employees are tired, I did not deserve this treatment. This branch really could use a lesson on how to treat its customers that I feel compelled to bring to your awareness. I love the food of this franchise and I frequently patronize. However, if this type of behavior persists, it is really going to ruin this branch as rude behavior from cashiers is a constant concern. I hope that this message reaches someone who cares and I only ask that there be an investigation on customer service. Thank you!

Crystal Springs PE should really be closed down. We don’t go often because every time we go they’re out of at least one thing that we want tonight they only had ONE THIGH!!! And ONE WING!! We were going to have to wait 8 minutes for a chicken sandwich!! Guess what we just left!!! Can this place be fixed?? I really love PE chicken but this place is taxing on my nerves!!!

605 west Craig location is supposed to open at 10am manager has a bad attitude saying they’ll open in 20 minutes they’re running late which is so unprofessional. I’m sending this email at 10:40a and the restaurant is still not open. There are literally 6 different cars just sitting in the parking lot.

Yesterday I went to use a Popeyes gift card I received as a birthday gift at my local store at Diversey & California in Chicago 60647. I was told it was not accepted there and they do not know which store accepts them. How can you sell these cards if they are not accepted at all stores? At least they should be sold with a disclaimer & list of locations where they are accepted. I wonder if there is a government agency to report this. Where in Chicago can this gift card be used?

Popeyes #2969 has to be the worst store ever!! Young lady waiting on me was not interested at all until there was a young man she was flirting with. She told me it was exact change only, which was $11.76 for me. I provided exactly that. No thank you, no acknowledgment for the exact change, no thank you, nothing. A gentle who came in after me asked how long for chicken. He was told they were waiting for a cook to come in!!! There were only 3 side dishes listed on the menu: Mac& cheese had a sign that said “out of stock” red beans & rice, Cajun fries and Cole slaw. I chose the red beans and rice and fries. Then I saw others getting Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. Didn’t know those options were available. When I finally got my meal I asked for honey. I was told by the young lady in a very nasty was “WE DON’T HAVE HONEY! She took my bag off the counter and went and threw something in it which I later saw was grape jelly. She then came bag and tossed my bag on the counter, turned her bag and walked away. This behavior is unacceptable!! I had stopped going to this location because of other and some similar problems. I tried again, but this is the last time. Won’t be back!

Today, 6-11-23, I ordered from Popeye’s in New Albany, IN 47150. It was early afternoon before 1:00pm. i ordered a strawberry biscuit, a blackened chicken sandwich no may add cheese, med fry and med come. it came with mayo and no pickle and cold fries. I went back through drive thru handed them my food and bag! The “mgr” said she re-mase my food! She dis not! They dumped more fries in the bottom of the same bag and literally used the same chicken, wiped off most of the mayo, turned it over and slapped on the pickle and cheese with a different bun! Not one time was I rude nor disrespectful to your employees. This is completely wrong! I simply have the food away to a neighbor as I do NOT like mayo. I would like a full refund of $13.89, and an investigation to occur at this New Albany site. What is happening within the fast food service today?!?
