The cashier Kimberly at this Brown Deer particular location. She’s very rude have a nasty attitude she did not greet us, August 20th 2018 between the hours of 7 and 8 I refuse to shop at this location to spend money when as a customer I am handled very rudely by this particular cashier. The store manager needs to do something about this employee. Members of management told me that they are going to reach out to him regarding the rudeness of this employee Kimberly.From what I can see it’s not being tooken care of. Refuse to shop and spend any money at this location due to the fact I have spoke to manager’s that were available about this particular employee. This is the third time this have happened as mentioned. I can see the situation still not handled professionally. You ask for the store manager and times before the store manager is unavailable even when calling and shopping. Unfortunately this location has gone down the hill. It will be very appreciative for you guys at corporate office to handle the situation at this particular location. The other Ross locations are fine and consistence far as customer service never had any issue shopping at those locations.

My wife & I shop most of the ROSS Stores on Oaho Hawaii but the ROSS at this address ; 500 N Nimitz Hwy Ste A Honolulu, HI 96817 & the entire shopping center at this location is a disappointment towards all the customers that shop here. Particular for restroom access specifically for High Risk Health & Disable customers there is NO RESTROOM AVIALABLE. I think because of the homeless volume in this area is why NO RESTROOM ACCESS. This is VERY UNFAIR TO THE CUSTOMERS WITH HEALTH CONDITIONS NO EXCESS TO A RESTROOM. I feel this is an ISSUE THAT NEEDS ATTENTION OF THE ROSS DRESS FOR LESS CEO & THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE WITH FOR ALL THE GREAT CUSTOMERS THAT SHOP THERE BEFORE THIS ISSUE IS ADDRESSED TO THE DEPARTMNET OF HEALTH STATE OF HAWAII. I understand the Homeless Issue in this Area the ROSS DRESS FOR LESS IN WAIKIKI MANAGER LISA ACCOMADATE THE CUSTOMERS & SECURITY GUARDS AND EMPLOYEES OF WAIKIKI ROSS B CONTROLS THE USAGE OF THE RESTROOM TO ME THAT IS FRIENDLY & TAKING CARE OF VALUED CUSTOMER THAT LOVE SHOPPING IN ROSS. STORES. PLEASE LOOK AT THIS IN REGARDS OF CUSTOMERS HEALTH RISK. The MOST SADIEST THING IS THAT THERE IS NO SIGNS INFORMING CUSTOMERS THAT THERE IS NO RESTROOM AVIALABLE & WHY & NO POINT OF CONTACT FOR RESTROOM USAGE AT ALL THIS IS NOT FRIENDLY NOR FAIR AT ALL TO SENIOR CITIZENS WE WE ALL GET OLD THE CONDITION FOR A SENIOR CITIZEN, HIGH HEALTH RISK, OR MEDICAL DISABLE PERSON NEEDS ATTENTION & NOT TOLD THERE IR NO RESTROOM AVIALABLE WHEN THE NEED TO GO AT THAT TIME NEEDS TO GO IMEDIATELY. I AM VERY SURE IF THEY WHERE AWARE THAT THERE IS NO RESTROOM AVIALABLETHIS ROO LOCATION CUSTOMER VOLUME MY DECREASE IN REFERENCE TO THE RESTROOM ISSUE & SHOP IN A ROSS LIKE WAIKIKI ROSS OR A ROSS STORE THAT HAS RESTROOM TO PREVENT & SANITATION ACCIDENT OCCUR FOR THE ROSS EMPLOYEES TO CLEAN UP!
I was in the Ross store an heard the night Manager,”Nae’ being unprofessional with her employees.Cursing at them and threatening their jobs in public is very unprofessional and I would not want to shop at this store if that is the way workers are treated. The manager for tonight 5/14/22 was very disturbing. It just shows how some people aren’t ready for management .Iam a CEM at a retail store on City line.And that is not how I was trained to handle and manage
I was a Ross store Tuesday, September 6, 2022. I gave the girl my receipt to Return couple of items I brought Saturday. On Tuesday Ross offer a discount for senior citizens. I ask a young lady if I could return the item and buy them back. She threw my receipt back at me and said no you cannot.I said it doesn’t make. sense to me. I wanted to. speak to the manager. The manager came out and also said no you cannot return the items and buy them back. So a random customer in the store start screaming and hollering at me and I asked Security guard wii you tell that lady to stop talking to me. Security guard start laughing and said I’m not saying anything. So I called Berwyn Illinois police department.! They came out and walk directly towards the customer and start talking to her instead of me. I called the office is Supervisor to complain against the two officers because I called the police and he talk to the harassing person in the store. Felt discriminated against .! Because I’m African-American. I have seen of the group people put me in and purchase things back with no problem.’
