not sure what is the problem, but in both tahlequah locations there is a complete lack of management that has been prevalent for a long time. I have determined to not try to visit these locations again as I have experienced very poor quality, cold and undesirable food products as well as extremely slow slow service. I am not looking for any discount coupons or anything of that nature. I’m not sure this commentary will reach anybody that can remedy the situation. at one time the sonic location on downing street was by far superior to anything we have experienced in last few years. just hoping someone who cares gets to see this thanks for listening

Sonic on West main in tupelo Ms needs to me shut down. Night shift is horrible. They made our order wrong then got mad and my kids popcorn chicken was harder than a brick how do y’all expect a 3 year old and one year old to eat that without choking and then they got mad about making sandwiches wrong and sent mine back out all smashed up and horrible service.

My complaint is with a co manager in at the Columbus Indiana Sonic. Practically our whole family works at Sonic and the co manager Jacob Fugate was rude and called my daughter Sarah Brock trash. Some lids fell on the floor and he proceeded to say that was her on the floor. I feel like this needs to be addressed on some kind of level because no one needs to be treated with such disrespect and he has been rude and condescending to other employees at the store level. I don’t feel a employee or employees need to be treated badly by a manager I am not putting out my name on this because I don’t want to be fired on this

I saw an employee and some other kids smoking Marijuana on your parking lot in front of me and my kids. This is absolutely unacceptable for a public setting! We had to wait forever for our food while people are doing drugs in front of your customers!

I have a complaint against sonic in memphis, tn on 4130 kirby rd. I came on 3/22/2022 and the cashier had a bad attitude you can tell she doesnt want to be at work. She is really rude and loud when taking my order. I will not come here again because of bad customer service. Check#299488. ID#25670322xxxx

The Sonic in Moss bluff is terrible. Always cold food, too much mustard, a half of a tomato, sorry service.

How do I contact you by email or live chat? I have tried the Headquarters phone number but I am unable to get through to a real live person in the weekend.
