One of your workers pulled my hair in pop my neck hurting it on Dec 30 2021 I reported it it should be on camera this is not the first time this has happened I went to the emergency room filled paper work at southland I think something needs to happen I been going to the track over 20 years I dnt bother no one I’m having headaches in pain in my neck and feets are cold in tingling in pain running in my neck and back

I have a complaint about your customer service. I think there is definite room for improvement. I had to wait a long time on old to get through on the customer support phone number.

This used to be a good company, until you have a problem. Then you find out that it is really hard to get through to a customer service representative, especially out of normal office hours, which is the only time I am available.
