So I was at the Saint Vincent’s on 210 in Saint Augustine fl today and the lady I spoke with at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude to me because I she couldn’t hear me so she started getting louder for no reason and I stayed calm and she kept yelling because I was confused why I wasn’t in the system and I feel like she should be fired for being so mad and she should be held accountable for her actions and you should never treat anyone like she did to me today that was the worst experience of my entire life !!!!

I have an issue i need to discuss with the customer service department. I am going to send you an official letter by mail. I would suggest, however, that you publish an official customer support email address that customers can email for correspondence.

I would like to know if there is an alternative customer help phone number that i can call. The customer service phone number on your website did not work for me, I only got an automated message.
