Jena la store location. I’ve gone to your store multiple times the last few weeks. Finally got the name of the manager. Carolyn wise. She has been cursing like a sailor at the young teenage workers. Like talking to them like a dog. Multiple times. Seems like every time I go in there. No wonder y’all can’t keep workers with poor managers like that.

under 18 should not be allowed to work open until close and I’m requesting something be done about this. 30 hours maximum a week, I am her mother and this needs to be stopped.

I proceeded with getting my sandwiches the young lady working seem to have an attitude before i even purchase my sandwich form her the vibe was not good. So i ask the question can you get turkey on the sandwich she stated “NO” it is 1.25 extra no thank you. So the employee was making the sandwiches i ask for extra mayonnaise and black pepper, she took the top off the black pepper got a hand full of black pepper and covered it on my sandwich. I ask her why did you do that my sandwiches are black you can’t see the vegetables or eggs she got made and say i am not waiting on you. I ask for her manager and she ignored me and started talking Spanish about me to another customer. she continue to ignore me so i snatch the sandwich without paying for it so i can take picture as my proof. I have been eating at this subway for 20 years and never had any problems with staff. I will wait for this staff that has been there a long time and pay for the egg sandwich.
