Sorry to bother you but as a faithful customer for the past 20 years I had a major problem today . I was supposed to have a technician meet me at my country home between 8 AM and 12 noon. I kept on getting texts all day saying he was on his way even one text said he was on sight but nobody showed up. I traveled 130 miles round trip for nothing. I was also told that a supervisor would contact me and it is now 7:20PM Maybe you can help me out. I have to wait now until September 7 for another appointment . Maybe you can make sure someone shows up this time
