					<description><![CDATA[My partner was just at the location on Eastway Dr in Charlotte, NC . He sat at the speaker box 15 minutes before being helped and then another 15 at the window. No ice for the drinks, food was not fresh, barely warm and we live only a block away !! I called corp a couple weeks ago and spoke to a lady that appeared to have an “ oh well” attitude. She didn’t ask my name, email or phone number.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I visited the Wendy&#039;s on Bonforte Blvd. in Pueblo, CO, on December 17, 2022.  My order included a double Baconator with no mayonnaise or ketchup.  When the employee handed me my food, I unwrapped each burger to ensure my order was correct.  While I was doing so, the manager came to the window to ask if there was a problem.  I explained yes, I was missing my double Baconator and the manager asked for the bags of food back.  He unwrapped a double and showed us and I explained it was NOT a Baconator because it had lettuce and tomato on it.  I restated I ordered a Baconator and the manager insisted I ordered a double.  The manager offered to make WHAT I ORDERED but said I would have to pay $3.23 for the 6 pieces of bacon on the Baconator to which I refused;  I told the manager I was NOT going to pay extra for them messing up my order.  (I should mention at the beginning of placing my order I had to repeat wanting a Letter B meal deal three times because the employee said her headset was cutting out.)
     I have absolutely no reason to make up what I ordered and could not believe the lack of customer service the manager displayed.  After my experience today I am not going back to this Wendy&#039;s (or any other for that fact) when the MANAGER of a restaurant refuses to do what is right.]]></description>

Toilet seat on floor in restroom, restroom filthy, Pee on outside of toilet in the large stall for handicapped. Toilet paper stuffed in holes that used to be the sliding locks so no one can see In, how considerate. Outside of store disgusting broken door for months only one entrance, lock from inside also so you don’t Use the door, health risk? Hope there’s not a fire!
