					<description><![CDATA[My name is James Banks. I purchased tickets for a concert yesterday at Atlanta Symphony Hall. Ticketmaster was the vender that sold me the ticket. My experience in transferring the ticket to my cell phone was horrendous and I&#039;ll not use or recommend this service again. I spent literally 4 hours trying to get my ticket to transfer so I could use the barcode. Several trials and long phone holds produced nothing from your customer service support. I went to the concert hoping that the ushers would let me in without the barcode. I live forty-five minutes away from the concert center. My troubles started yesterday morning about 9:30am and the concert was to start at 3pm. I gave up trying and waiting on a promised call back per your automated system. It was five minutes before concert time that I was able to get the barcode to transfer. The trouble I had should not have been. Your process did not serve me well.  There is so much more I could say but it only infuriates me more.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I am trying to resolve a ticketmaster order for over 2 week. I can not get in touch with a live person and the email chat is not able to assist me.  Can you tell me how I can connect with a live person.  This is unacceptable customer service.  I ordered 2 tickets and my order had 4 tickets on it.  The customer service has been of no help.  I would like someone to contact me to rectify this isssue.

					<description><![CDATA[I purchased tickets for Tampa Monster Jam. 2 weeks ago Wrdnesdsy, I went to ER with a bulging disc. I have not been able to travel longer than 5-10 min. I reached out to Ticketmaster about moving these tickets to a future event. They told me to buy tickets to the show I want to attend and give her order number.  I did. Later to find out they were not moving theses tickets to the March event. I&#039;m upset that I had to buy tickets first to get denied.]]></description>
