					<description><![CDATA[hi my name is kira pace I have been working with Uber almost since they started I was deactivated from the app because of a background check which is the motor vehicle report. a week later I got my license back and I went to court and got everything thrown out I have contacted check r to update my original report they sent an email telling me that they updated it and sent it to Uber I have been having this conversation back and forth for about 2 to 3 weeks now between Uber and check our it seems like uber is not doing their part and not contacting checkr for this information I have all the emails from Uber and check our this morning I have spoken with a young man named Leo from Uber support he let me know that he could see on his end that it was clear and that he would get me back on the app today to drive he told me that I needed to wait a few hours for the system to update I called back and spoke with someone hours later when I steal could not get on the app they were sorry to inform me that they don&#039;t have the updated information from check r but I have all the emails from Checkr are saying that they sent them I also can see on the report that it is clear and it is green and not red I have been going around in circles and I just want to get back to doing Uber I am out of a job right now and I really need Uber to maintain my bills. I don&#039;t want to lose everything I have due to miscommunication from Uber support I have an email from Uber support saying that I need to wait a couple hours in the system will be updated and that I was a great driver and I had great feedback I don&#039;t know where to go from here but I know that I fixed everything that Uber told me to fix and that the problem will be solved and that I could do Uber again please let me know what I can do to get back activated I can send proof of the emails that I have disputed the information that was on my report and checkr has revised and updated the information and sent it to Uber and a email from Uber saying that may take a few hours for the system to update.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[My friend, Kimberly Welch, had medical transportation schedule a ride for Kimberly. Kimberly had major dental surgery. She waited for over an hour for her ride, while in absolute agony. When the Uber driver showed up, Kimberly asked if he was there to pick her up. The driver ignored her. She kept asking him, despite her mouth being somewhat numb. The driver just drove off. after contacting Uber again, another driver came. He took a phone call and drove off. This is not the way a lady with medical problems should be treated. She still was waiting for her Uber ride, when she called me. I felt compelled to pick her up. She was in severe pain and was by herself. please address this issue with the uncompassionate driver&#039;s and advise us, please. if you need further information, please do not hesitate to call me at: (602) 907-xxxx

My lawyer will be in touch since you have no idea how long it takes to recieve a blue registration sticker. Since I have only had my vehicle for only two weeks as of this Friday. Especially since your staff directed an email at me for the reservations protocol. I have saved all of your dumb ass excuses of emails for proof and will be forwarding them to my lawyer.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m constantly having issues with my driver&#039;s after my ride home tonight I&#039;m beyond without a doubt not at all wanting to use the app and want to put out that nobody should have to deal with the way drivers have been treating the customers. the driver tonight was very unprofessional and I wouldn&#039;t even get inside the car until my other half was downstairs getting in the car I felt so disrespected I was to uncomfortable to get in the car alone ! and to top it off with the cherry on top on the freeway the driver was swirving side to side in his lame because you can see in his rear view mirror he kept closing his eyes and trying to keep them open and when the person driving is on a free way and all I feel is the car slow down and begining to break more then normal every couple minutes then suddenly the driver realizes he&#039;s breaking so he hurrys to speed up and play it off . it&#039;s not at all in any type of way professional and if something happens with a passenger in the car and the driver is to selfish to not be driving if u know your to tired  then YOUR WHOLE COMPANY IS GOING TO BE FACING MORE THEN JUST A LAWSUIT OF PEOPLE BEING MISSTREATED IN OTHER WAYS . BEFORE YOU KNOW IT THERES GOING TO BE ANOTHER lawsuit at the company&#039;s doorsteps try hiring people with better driving records and definitely better attitudes because the way your driver&#039;s act twords people I would have never even tried the app of i knew they had no good communication skills . it&#039;s such a heartbreaker seeing how people treat others these time .
