I have pictures of all your ups workers in chico ca o. The sky park location smoking weed in UPS uniform with name tags on. I was able to get pictures and I can name them. All one of their names is Kayla one of their names is Marcus one of their names is Aaliyah and one of their names is Jordan I find this highly disrespectful because my kids were out back and having all your employees smoking a controlled substance outside in your work uniform. It’s not a good luck on the district manager of a company and I would not allow this. I have fired people on the spot for the same thing if you would like proof, I can go ahead and submit that or you can contact me and I can find a way to get you those pictures as well.

Filing a complaint against a manager and district manager of the San Bernardino California gateway hub. UPS is all about making money and when I almost died a few days ago and had to be rushed to the hospita, these two managers told my daughter, well hurry back to work that she couldn’t have time off. They also continued to blow up her phone. I’m going to go public with all of this if something isn’t done. Mother of an employee

Hello there – Stephen Noonan here – we’re trying to get paid for what UPS has already admitted was their problem:
Item packaged by Grass Valley, CA UPS Store 6/13 – arrived in Ohio damaged 6/21. The claim was decided in our favor – then rejected.
A representative from UPS Ohio inspected the item there and found the packaging to be very defective (again packed by UPS Store Grass Valley). His computer said we would be receiving a payment – we even got a check number from someone else at UPS Claims.
That number: 9806383.

Attached: ORIGINAL EBAY DOCs – w/ all the information you asked for – which we tried to send weeks ago
but were not able to do so because the computer would not accept the docs – saying the case had been closed.

So here it is again:

We have now waited over 3 months for this claim to be settled.

In review: We paid for Packaging and Shipping at UPS ($55.05 pkg and $75 ship) on an item valued at $135.
It was destroyed by UPS during shipping.
Total you owe us: $265.05

Please get back to us As Soon As Possible so we can end this nightmare.

Package was delivered ripped open 2of 3 items stolen. I was home but driver left ripped open box on door step and left.

Your Gardena CA location has a couple employees which are thieves. I am prosecuting one of them currently: Victor Manuel Herrera – Redondo Beach Police report DR#22-6171. Arrested for theft currently with the DA for his second prosecution. Spent several months in jail for embezzlement. Odd a company your size doesn’t perform background checks then again maybe you do and don’t care about a thief working for you. I am also emailing the CEO with photo evidence of his stealing along with a person name Chris who is his supervisor at UPS in Gardena CA. Pretty strange and I would say if you choose to investigate I wouldn’t use anyone from this facility as I heard (we know talk is mostly BS) they are just two of a ring within this facility doing whatever?? you be the judge. When this Chris person comes into my restaurant again I will have him arrested just like I did Victor.

To whom it may concern, My name is Sharon Roberts. I made a purchase from Nordstrom department store on September20th, 2022. The dress was send out and arrived at the UPS landover,MD facility on 9/22/2022, also was process the same day at the same location. My question is why would UPS provide status notification locator information and then tell customer(me) they can’t find the package. Who process this package??? Bad Bad Customer service..tracking#1z0E7048030249xxxx.

numerous times my driver has left my package in the pouring rain pictures to prove it. he can come back and get my last package it’s Electronics

It is impossible to get a live agent on the telephone to discuss issues. The automated ansering machine is too solid a filter.
