					<description><![CDATA[I have been waiting over a week to get my new phone activated. I have called and been on the phone for two hours and 45 minutes and it cannot be resolved if you’re going to have problems with iPhone 14 Please let the customer know that there are issues with his phone. I have been to the Verizon store here in Harrisonburg Virginia all week long because they tell me to wait 4 to 24 hours to be activated and every time I go in there they cancel the order it says pending and start a new one. I’ve talked to four representatives in there and we’ve been on the phone with I don’t know how many representatives on the phone and still the problem cannot be resolved. I tried to get the store representatives to at least give me the phone that is equal to the phone I got or something the same price but they cannot do that because they said I have to pay the stocking fee or a reconnection fee. I am getting fed up with this as I will be billed for not even using the phone  this is ridiculous.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Verizon&#039;s trying to rip me off again when I sent a phone back a few months ago they tried to say the screen was cracked it wasn&#039;t the screen it was a screen protector which afternoon was context of Verizon that got corrected and now behold a few months later they&#039;re trying to do with a different phone which wasn&#039;t working right and it still had the screen protector on but now they&#039;re saying the screen was all cracked. When I put it in the package it was not crack so it happened in transit or somebody&#039;s trying to pull something and now Verizon&#039;s trying to stick me with the deductible. I just find it ironic that it happened to me twice in trying to send these phones but maybe I&#039;d let people bring them back to the damn store so there wouldn&#039;t be this issue of and trying to rip customers off. And I&#039;ve been in contact yesterday and today between my son and I with Verizon nobody seems to care and they keep insist in the screen was just damaged It was not damaged and crack like that picture shows when we put it in the box something obviously happened to it in transit or once it got there this is the second time I&#039;ve had a damn issue with them trying to say the screen is crack maybe ought to make it easier for people so they can return it to the store so we have to go through all this Don&#039;t you find it ironic that my account twice has had an issue now the first time it got somewhat correct when they realized the screen crack was a part after the crack of the screen protector not the damn screen itself for my Motorola but now they&#039;re going to do it for my iPhone on my account charge me a deductible The phone wasn&#039;t working that&#039;s why it was sent back and it was not cracked like that so basically I&#039;m supposed to just pay the deductible just because you guys say it look like that supposedly So I&#039;m very dissatisfied I have had a count with you guys for many years and I have numerous phones on it but I&#039;m sure three thinking what company I should use. And I do a lot of talking and texting by the way after the phone makes no changes the words to sound like gibberish
The phone number in question is 608-577-xxxx the iPhone associated with that is the most recent issue we&#039;re having.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Re: 716-440-xxxx. I contacted customer service 8/23, and before to get tech support. Spoke with Annouck who transferred me to Jinlyn, then Maribel who transferred me to Mark who then transferred me to Juan and none of them in tech support could fix the problem. If I didnt answer my phone the calls were being transferred to my cousins number. Who knows how that happened. However, noone could fix it. Juan ordered me a new phone and the same thing kept happening even though I went into a Verizon center. Finally, I spoke with someone in the US, Andrea (man) who said oh the number was in the call forwarding system and fixed it. I spent hours upon hours to no avail, speaking with people that barely spoke English. Sad to say this but THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO... So frustrated that customer support is outside the US and these people arent trained. Disgusted....to say the least.]]></description>

On Friday Night 08/26/2022 I was placed on hold for several hours by Verizon Tech Support, and repeatedly disconnected at least 4 times without receiving Tech Support from Verizon Fios. On Saturday, a very tall Black Employee in the Verizon Wireless Store (24th Ave &#038; Bell Blvd. Bayside, NY 11360) was Extremely Rude and Disrespectful toward me, when I requested an explanation as to why I couldn&#039;t reach Tech Support on Friday Night. He said to go and &quot;File a Police Report&quot;. I respectfully desire to speak with CEO Lowell McAdam, either Monday or Tuesday, about my horrible experiences with Verizon and my still unresolved WIFI Issue !!! Very Truly Yours, Allen J. Not to mention all the streaming apps out there now. T-Mobile is offering wireless internet now. So you want them to steal your business &#038; you get left behind.
