Its website doesn’t make clear how to do it. But eventually I found a page on the site which lists a phone number, which I call to find out it no longer is operative. Then I reach a “customer service” representative who transfers me to another number. It is answered, and I can hear people laughing and talking in the background. But no one speaks to me, and they hang up. Not a “service” I would ever use again or recommend.
