					<description><![CDATA[Dear CEO of Walgreen Drug Store,

I want to file a serious complaint about two employees of your company at store #314 and address is
9150 Batimore National Pike, Ellicott city MD  21042 and I would like to have CEO contact me ASAP in regarding this horrible, unacceptable, unpleasant issue that I was treated by these two below employees (the lady Allie and a monster redish hair guy, forgot his name).  These employees are so rude, nasty, no bedside manner, unprofessional and treated me with extremely disrespect and very intimidate.  I saw the sign for cough drops said that $4.99.  I grasped two bad to the cashier.  She ran me up at $6.99.  I did take the picture of the sign showed it to her.  She told me she does not card what the sign said.  Then, there is a ridiculous walked up and told me to leave the store and her name is Allie.  I immediately call the district manager on the phone and her name is Naida.  Be honest with you This lady even worst.  She told me that she will call Allie and have a conversation with her.  Then, for almost 20 minutes,  Allie came back and told me that Nadia said it ok for her to ring me up $4.99 but she decided to not sale to me and she wanted to band me from coming back to the store because she does not like me.  At this time,  I felt extremele irritate, frustrate and very very angry the way I was treated.  The other guy also made a comment to me that &quot;DO I HAVE A BAD DAY&quot;.  I felt so harass, hostile and intimidated by these two employees so badly.  Allie told me that she has the power to treat me the way she wanted to treat me because she owes the store.  She does not care how I feel.  She then called the police on me  and I left because I have doctor appointment.  Then, Allie and the other guy chased after me and kept continue escalated the situation by calling my name out of the door.  I felt the way I was treated by these two employees are so outrage, unacceptable and the action from your company  need to take on these two employees.  Starting January 1st, 2023, I decide to fill on of my prescriptions at somewhere else and will never ever go back to this store.  By the way, the lady Allie also yelled at me so loud that I wanted you to not come back to this store and go to another store.  I hope you look at the camera in the store and investigate this issue of Walgreens company.  I am planning to take action on this matter and report to channel News.

					<description><![CDATA[I am out of medication. The pharmacist Dr Henid sent me to two different pharmacist because they did not order my meds on time and they won’t be in until Monday. She refuse to give me 8 generic tablets. After I told her I was going to report her she said oh I can give you 12 tablets. She said my meds were going to be in Monday After speaking with her again she told me they are coming in Tuesday. I don’t use generic brands for Dilantin but my back is against the wall. This is very sad that I have to encounter this drama with a so call professional. I am sure she could have gotten me meds from another pharmaceutical establishment so I won’t get sick.  Walgreens on Carrollton and Canal in New Orleans]]></description>

We can wait in the drive through for hours and then not receive our meds. I call in our refills and a week later they still aren’t ready! What is going on?? Some quality control people that make the big bucks need to manage this stores slack! It’s the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Walgreens pharmacy at 10th and Ustick in Caldwell Idaho has been wonderful for many years. The last few months there are so many issues it would take an hour to list. It seems to be lack of staff. Basically medication for my family is not getting filled as it used to be. Going without is now just what happens. It is super long waits to call, but I did get through today and asked how to go about getting medicine since the old way isn’t working. And the tech told me that it’s ok to call to order meds but asking questions is one reason they are behind. 
I have never complained and am a loyal customer. I just want to figure out how to get our prescriptions.  I wish some how they could get help to fill prescriptions like they have been doing before the last few months.]]></description>

I have been having dental issues 2x and also have Covid all within a few weeks. Trying to get my medication in a timely manner has been non existent. Example, today I needed medication due to Covid and pain med due to a tooth infection. This was send to pharmacy at 4pm. I called for hours and was hung up on. Sick with Covid, I take a ride to find the place is closed at 8. But I’d don’t received my medications. This is unfair and has happened several times. I waited almost a half hour along with 5 other people for your staff to come back from lunch. They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will or the have run out of it and you get a partial refill. I have a number of prescriptions t be filled each month and when they tell me it will be filled by 11:00 am I am there to pick it up and guess what they haven’t filled it yet. So that means another wasted trip. They say I will receive a phone call when prescription is filled I have been going to Walgreens for 9 months and have never received a call. When it comes time to renew who my medicine prescriptions I will be looking at other options because you service is lousy. Your staff needs more training and help. Forget your profit margin and get help out to the stores you that need it. Changing pharmacist to people that can’t speak or understand English is a joke!!! Get your act together!]]></description>
