I ordered a laptop from Walmart back in July of 2025. The very same day, I was in an auto accident and told them to cancel the order when I came back home that day. Walmart said it was too late to cancel. I advised them NOT to ship the laptop to my house and I had applied for a loan from Affirm. I called Affirm to cancel the loan. They refused to cancel the loan. Walmart delivered the package and I refused to touch it. They told me to bring it back but I have mobility issues and told them to come and get it that it would still be on my porch. They refused to do that. I let the package remain on my porch and it is NOW gone. Walmart accepted Affirm’s money and Affirm wants me to pay them back for something I do not have and didn’t want and tried to cancel. Now Affirm is hurting my credit score by reporting missed payments. I have complained to Walmart, to Affirm, and even to the carrier for Walmart as I tried to get them to not deliver the package. It is now December. I believe Walmart is the perpetrator of this mess but Affirm has become a conspirator.

Please open more attended checkout lines. It is not always easy to use the self checkout, especially when you have a large cart! And when you are hearing impaired it is extremely difficult. – if you will notice a large group of people in checkout lines are older. The store is filled with employees blocking the aisles while stocking the shelves – just take a few of those and open a couple of more checkout lanes!

Walmart used to be a company to care about its customers. Sam Walton once said the only company that will stop Walmart is Walmart. You doing one hell of a job. I had a stroke in February since think I’ve had multiple trouble getting a handi cap cart 3 were broken. The store manager excuse “we can’t help it if customers break them”.
Today I needed a prescription but I was two hours away I got caught in traffic. I called the pharmacy. Pretty simple leave with management or service desk
I really needed that muscle relaxer
The Pharmacist said he could only transfer it to another pharmacy open later. How is this customer service. I was in desperate need energy you Walmart let me down. I’m not expecting a phone call because anytime I’ve had a complaint nobody’s done anything about it. Again retaining wall in the book to use exactly what I’m talking about

I was in Walmart this morning. An employee walked passed me playing LOUD music and singing and dancing!! I can’t believe Walmart will obviously hire anyone!! No work ethic at all! I’m sure it’s “don’t discriminate” it’s ridiculous. Another employee looked liked she was dressed for trick or treat

I was at the store at 4080 W Northern Ave in Pueblo CO I went thru self checkout and I needed to get cash out. I got $40 but I needed to get change for one of the $20. I went to customer service and stood behind two ladies who were exchanging a pool. Next to them was Garrett on the phone telling someone the manager does not work on the weekends and to call back. I walked up to the counter and I asked I I could get change. I had already paid for my item and I told her I’ll pay again so I could get change. I put the $20 on the box that was in the counter and it slipped off. The cashier gets beligerante with me and says I’m throwing money at her and that I am disrespecting her. I look Garrett and I ask for a manager and he says he IS the manager. Needless to say I was very upset and I left. I want someone to review the camera footage and see if I was wrong and if not I want action taken with those two employees. I was at the counter at 5:24 pm on 6/10/23.

I went to buy some paint at walmart1387 at Coral Springs, Florida and the cashier was very rude to me making me wait longer than needed and at the end walk away, I had to ask her to open the shelf so I could buy the can spray paint, to what she replied that she was not going to service me and that she had call another service person to open the shelf. Am a 68 year old man retired and I have never been treated like this. I went to the service area to speak to the manager to no avail they page him I waited 30 minutes and he never showed up. The service lady name is Zusette and she was working at the entertainment center and she was the one that had the keys. I thought you should know.

I was at wilmington pike location in dayton and spent over $300 with over 20 bags of groceries that i had to lay on the floor because the manager’s inability to schedule not even 1 cashier and was forced to self check out because of so …… Unexceptable!

I shop at Walmart SuperCenter in Gibsonton, Fl. I have complained about th strong smell of human urine in the cat litter section.. Today I smelled the same type of urine smell in 4 different locations of this store..I won’t shop there again.. Besides the awful stench the store it’s self is filthy.

My local Walmart market never has enough motorized carts for those of us who have disability. This is my second attempt. There have been TWO broken for weeks! There are around 10 handicap parking spaces and about three working motorized carts…..
