Why are trucks not allowed to park in your parking lots without being towed when all of your stores in my area are truck stops. This makes no sense to me. Without trucks your stores have nothing but now you wont allow us to park but still want us to bring u supplies fuel etc and still want us to shop at your stores? I need a answer to this question or do trucks need to boycott your locations

I went to your circle k store in Lillian, AL to get gas. The sign said 3.93 for credit and 3.83 for easy pay, which I took to mean cash. There are only 2 ways to pay and that is either cash or credit. I paid cash and was charged 3.93/gal for my gas. I asked cashier about this and she said i had to get an “easy pay” card which is attached to my checking account and the money is taken out immediately…………. as in CASH! I told her that is misleading and I feel that I have been ripped off. She said it is misleading and they get complaints from people every day about this. I’m not giving circle k and their cashiers direct access to my bank account! You should change this policy (which is just a veiled lie), as you have lost a customer with me and I’m sure I’m not the only one.

To whom will listen cause I know this isn’t your first complaint and where shall I even start. Let’s start here. Your Circle K located on 1st and Fillmore is the most disgusting store I’ve ever set foot in. There are drug addicts homeless and a useless security guard Camp down in front of the stores either passed out or harassing the seniors that live at the Silver Crest assisted living home on 4th Avenue and Fillmore which is called Silver Crest assisted living senior housing. My mother lives in that building and she and the other residents are petrified to go to your disgusting store because of being harassed or robbed from the homelessness and the drug addicts the lay around their and harass all the Patriots that actually goes to that disgusting store. You also hired a useless security guard which allows all those drug addicts and homelessness to go in there and raid the store as is as if it was a free-for-all. You walk into the store and there’s cups trash and the most disgusting is the drug addicts and homelessness that hang out in the store and people are just afraid to even grab the handle to open the door because they’re afraid they might get a disease or something from the drug addicts. If possible is there a rep from your headquarters they can go down there and straighten this place out if not please close it down because it’s a useless eyesore 2 downtown ASU area

I got gas at at Circle K in Metairie La on Causeway this morning at 0515. Pump would not give a receipt. Store was locked so couldn’t get one from the clerk. Stopped this evening at 6PM no people in the store. I can’t get reimbursed without a receipt. You need to maintain your equipment and staffed your store or at least have someone to answer a phone. Maybe you don’t care all that much about your patrons but there are other choices

This is about the Circle K on the corner of Imogene and Highway 17 North in Arcadia Florida I believe it is managed by the same manager as the other two stores this store since Lisa is no longer the manager is filthy dirty today when I was in the store there was one hot dog on the roller grill that look like it had been there for at least 2 weeks it was absolutely nothing on the grill other than that but it was running the store was out of cups and lives and straws and it didn’t want to give ice there was plenty of Personnel in the store but they were worried about sweeping mopping and cleaning equipment leaving one person to run the register with a line to the back of the store this is not kosher something needs to be done to help these people that are managing the store as no one has a sense of management over them the one that was thinking she was manager is rude as hell both to the customers and to the employees. As a manager you don’t come up to discuss personal matters with the cashier in front of a bunch of people as there was a line to the back of the store instead of getting on the register and helping that was more important? Please do something about the store

There is a constant problem at the Circle K on Highway 70 in Arcadia Florida their soda machine is constantly either broke down no ice or leaking all over the floor they don’t clean it up they just put up a sign or they just don’t get the product for it they don’t order enough for instance Coke they are constantly out the personnel and there is nasty as hell but the woman that manages all three of us stores is awesome her name is Christine however she can only stretch yourself so thin and if her Personnel is not helping her things don’t get done something needs to be done to help this woman so that product is ordered and things run smoothly there’s usually only one cashier either on duty or whatever that runs the register and the other person whoever is on is always doing something else and couldn’t care less about it having a line that goes all the way to the back of the store please send somebody out there to check on the store and get it in order
