					<description><![CDATA[I AM SICK AND TIRED OF SCHEDULING A DELIVERY AND HAVING TO STAY AT HOME FROM 8 AM TO 9 PM WAITING FOR DELIVERY. NOT EVEN A 4 HOUR WINDOW. MY PHONE REJECTS CALLS NOT IN MY SYSTEM SO IF THEY CALL ME THEY HAVE TO TEXT OR E MAIL ME. 
YOUR MANAGER STEVE TELLS ME YOU NOW HAVE TO HAVE A SIGNATURE. 
AND TO CALL ON THE MORNING OF THE DELIVERY BUT MOST TIMES I CALL EVEN FOR ORDERS I HAVE TO SIT ON HOLD
SOMETIMES WELL OVER AN HOUR. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not sure this website is a scam or not since I find it interesting that they even have such a place to give their customers  a place to vent their dirty laundry. 

After more than an entire year, I am still trying to get them to deliver the correct machine to my mother. They have been completely unhelpful and unwilling to help her as a patient with serious medical needs. Now finally yesterday, they send a  &quot;so called&quot; Respiratory Therapist to FINALLY deliver her new the machine she needs to help her breathe because she has Muscular Dystrophy. 
The RT show&#039;s up and sets up the first machine. He returns and says he gave her the wrong one, so he trades it out for another one. Although he doesn&#039;t hook up the machine and have her try it out to make sure it&#039;s working for her properly before he leaves.  That night she puts it on and discovers it isn&#039;t working properly for her and has to hook her old one back up.
Like I said previously, I have been what has come to seem like fighting with this company for over a year now. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and any complaint gets no attention, escalation, or apology. It appears there is ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY and the employees know it, and have adopted the attitude of their superiors, and ultimately the Corporation. That is why I think this website is a scam if it is run by them. How can the fox guard it&#039;s own hen house except to try and hide or make people think their complaint is actually being heard.
