					<description><![CDATA[To CEO, Jeffrey Seaman,
My name is Barbara Alexander and I purchased a sofa sleeper online on 11/22/21, order#10736585i.  The couch began to make a noise when you sit and rise.  I called for service on 01/18/22 &#038; the tech came out on 02/10/22.  He made some adjustments underneath and said that should help.  The noise did no go away, it is worse.  I called again on 08/30/22 and à tech came out on 09/22/22, checked it, took pictures &#038; said yes its making a noise.  He said I should get a call regarding the review. I did not get a call.  I spoke to Carlos C. w/Customer Care on 09/27/22 and he told me that wasn&#039;t a defect, that sofa beds noise  come from underneath and that is not a defect.  That is a defect to me, it is not normal to hear yourself sit and rise on a new couch and if that is normal, I should been informed.  I am requesting either a replacement or refund.  This couch is embarrassing to me and my company. I just want what i paid for.  Please contact me by phone 817-946-xxxx asap.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Received a broken sconce fixture and have tried for over 3 months to get someone to respond to a fixture that was ordered online.  I received a response finally this morning that they will replace the item.  Well after 3 months I already found a replacement fixture.  If RTG had responded sooner, then that could have been a choice.

Now they are saying we did not contact them in 48 hours.  What a joke......here is my response:

You don&#039;t understand we did contact you in 48 hours of the discovery. You have been dragging your feet and Losing paperwork.  We&#039;ve provided pictures and information 3 times and have made at least 6 calls to find out why no one is responding.  

Please provide a refund on this defective order immediately and quit playing games with us.  I can assure you that if this is not resolved as requested,  I not only will never use your services again, but will also make sure a complaint is filed with BBB and on the internet for everyone to have a heads-up. 

You need to do what is right.]]></description>

I’m concerned this issue is faulty on these reliners. I was told to reselect. The store only had one other “motorized “ recliner and the headrest was too low for my height, I chose a Manuel which is going to be difficult for me to handle because of my hand and leg issues. The delivery guys were kind of  annoyed &#038; we’re rough with my purchase. I couldn’t understand why the couch &#038; chair are bigger than what I saw in the store.  I called the next day about a different color in beige and never received any callback from the manager as I was promised. And I called a few times after that and apparently he was not available.  I recently went back to look for a bedroom set and I noticed again that the same couch &#038; chair looks beautiful and the leather is softer than the ones I bought.  I’ve noticed this in the recent past but I didn’t want to believe it until I saw them again yesterday at the same store.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[My order was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday the 17th of August. I was home the entire day, I was told the driver was here and nobody was home. Which of course is not the truth.  He either went to the wrong home or he is lying.  I have no way of knowing which. I called customer service and was told that the following day by 4 o&#039;clock I could reschedule a new date for delivery.  I tried several time yesterday and again today but for some reason it has not been released, so I can not schedule a new date.  I need someone to help me please.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[We bought two electric leather recliners from Rooms To Go AND bought the extended warranty, in November of 2021. One of our recliners is not working at all. I have called the furniture store here in Ponte Vedra, Florida, and spoke with customer service THREE times AND was transferred and given the number to the extended warranty repair. My calls are NEVER answered! I need this recliner repaired or a new one to replace it. These chairs cost too much for this type of run-around and especially since we bought and paid for the extended warranty. I AM WAITING TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE ABOUT THIS ISSUE!!!]]></description>
