I have an issue i need to discuss with the customer service department. I am going to send you an official letter by mail. I would suggest, however, that you publish an official customer support email address that customers can email for correspondence.
I dont usually complain but here is my review: Decent company in general until there is a problem. I had a problem with payment, credit card expired and it took ages to get it sorted out. The people in the customer service department are nice though.
Can someone from sales or customer service please reply to my complaint on your Facebook page. I sent you a message with my problem, but have not heard back yet. That was 2 days ago
They need to put some more resources in to their customer service department. My problem was easy to fix but its too hard and takes too long to get though on the customer support phone number.
Its a problem for me that the company is not open all days in calender year. I know that everyone are entitled to their holidays, but you could atleast have a skeleton customer service phone number that is open on weekends and at all public holidays.

Today at 3:15 pm I visited Aeropostale located at 2034 Green Acres, RD E, Valley Stream, NY 11581 at approximate 4:01 pm my experience with the manager was awful.
When I got to the resister the cashier was very nice once she started to ring up my items I notice that the prices wasn’t reflecting the sale price displayed. I then informed her and she stated “ I know the sign is wrong it isn’t buy one get one free it’s 60% off”. I then showed her the displayed sign and she than stated “ I’ll call the manager”. Once the manager walked over and the cashier informed her of the situation the manager didn’t even look at me and said “it’s 60% off leave it or take it”. The manager then went over to where the shorts were display and removed the sign which displayed buy one get one free. I then ask for her name which she refused to give me and stated “ I don’t have to give you my name I can’t change the price there is no one who could the system don’t allow for her to do”. I was very disappointed as my sons have picked out several items which we were not able to purchase. All that I ask was for them to honor the price that was displayed.

Employee did not give me my items I paid for. I live 2/2.5 HOURS away. Called the store manager Sammy said my items were there and her employee did not give them all to me. Said I could drive back up there. I can not do 2.5 HOURS ONE WAY again due to YOUR employee not doing their job correctly the first time. I just want my stuff I already PAID shipped to me. Unless your employee wants to drive them to me.
I am livid! My daughter resigned from her job at Aeropostale at The Woodbury Commons yesterday because she found out from a new hire that all new employees were hired at a rate higher then employees who have worked for almost a year. These young employees had to sign a non disclosure agreement ensuring that the other young people working in the store did not find out that they were making a higher wage. Although I find this to be a disgusting practice, this is not what enrages me. The manager of the store called my daughter and asked her to come in and talk to her. My daughter decided to go in and talk to her manager because the woman expressed her surprise at my daughter’s sudden resignation. Upon arrival for the meeting, my daughter was ambushed by her manager and that managers boss demanding to know which employee leaked the info because it’s ground for termination. These kids are 16 and 17 years old. How dare this company treat them so poorly.
I was treated horribly in one of your stores and asked to speak to a DM, told by two managers that “I don’t know how to contact the DM. “ Would like to share my experience at at a corporate level so that my experience can be passed on to the DM your store staff doesn’t know how to contact.
I am a former employee and need to get information in regards to the 401k that I had when working for Aeropostale.
