  1. I just want to say I thought your company was different. They are not. After wasting my entire day yesterday I left with no vehicle. Long story short I have good credit but am self employed. My husband is a log truck driver but has so so credit because I’ve bought most everything. Together we bring home good money. I told them do not waste my time bc I have very little to spare. I told them I could not go over 400 a month bc of our bills. I first was told my trade in was too old and they couldn’t take it. Then when they found out another company would give me 1500 for my trade they decided they could use it plus 1000 dollars. That was fine but the manager first came back with a payment over 600. After my trade and extending the months he still came back with the same payment!!! I repeatedly said not over 400. Do not waste my time. I repeatedly said I had to be somewhere by 7. At 7 20 I got up to leave and that’s when the manager came back with final offer of over 600 a month. My kids and granddaughter were there. I discussed our details before ever test driving bc I didn’t want the kids rmexcited if we weren’t going to deal. They assured me many times. So now the kids are extremely upset. They also told me to fill out a formal for test driving for a 5000 dollar drawing. I did. After we didn’t make a deal that got tossed to the side and I’m sure thrown away! Funny thing is if I’d won I would have put that money on the vehicle. I just don’t understand treating people like a dollar sign. Suddenly I was nothing to them when I wouldn’t pay over 600 a month. I know it can be done bc another person I normally deal with has one for me at exactly 300 a month. Your manager basically told me u was a life at that. So when I get that vehicle I’m going to drive there to show him. The sales guy was great until he didn’t make the sale. I don’t appreciate that or being told I’m a liar. I explained to him this other dealer has already put me in 2 vehicles at exactly what he said I’d pay. That’s how someone should be treated. Not the way jasper bill penney Ford does!

  2. Just a heads up for your customer service team. Most companies have a Twitter or Facebook customer service account these days, where customers can get fast help. I only have a small problem that i think could be fixed in 30 seconds. I dont want to be on hold for 10 minutes on the customer support hotline for that.

  3. My complaint: I had an issue with my last order, and they make it really difficult to get through to a real live person on their customer service phone number.
