    I have a complaint in regards to an employee who works at Thriftway in Seminole, TX
    Your store is one of my favorites but ever since this employee started working at this particular store I’ve been hearing coments and seeing myself about how prejudiced and mean she is. I’ve seen how sometimes she cashes people’s checks and to others she says she can’t including myself. My friend and I have applied for a part time job and we saw how she tossed in the trash can our applications we we’re not happy about it but decided not to do anything. My friend and I both of us are nurses but we’re looking for a part time job.
    Another thing is that whenever someone is gonna pay with a debit/credit card and is declined she ends up telling all her friends as if it was so funny.
    She’s been very disrespectful with several of your clients that actually have decided not to buy in your store anymore. If she continues to work in your store my lawyer will be taking legal action. This has gone to far, I have talked to the other person in charge but her attitude actually worsened. I will not allow her to disrespect me or any other costumer. I don’t think is fair for many of to have to go to another store because she doesn’t like customers.
    If you don’t take action I promise you I will make sure you will hear from me in court.

  3. Just a heads up for your customer service team. Most companies have a Twitter or Facebook customer service account these days, where customers can get fast help. I only have a small problem that i think could be fixed in 30 seconds. I dont want to be on hold for 10 minutes on the customer support hotline for that.

  4. I live in the Pacific City Oregon area and would love to make Cheater’s my go to grocery, in spite of the dramatic price gauging. But isn’t I will drive 30 miles either direction because I won’t pay extra for abuse from the staff! Today I was driving in to get some milk I needed. On my way in, driving on a curvy,narrow, riverside road I was tailgated- to the point I could see facial features of the woman driving, but NOT the front end of her car! Imagine my surprise when she turns into Chester’s Thruftway to drop off an employee. When I confronted the employee, inside the store in front of other employees (including managers) he yelled at me to stop harassing him! He and his “driver” harassed me for miles and made me feel afraid and intimidated for driving the speed limit! And this behavior was condoned BYBTHE ENTIRE STORE!!!! I am beyond livid! This is what I get for trying to support a local business. Imagine what out of towners who don’t drive these roads feel like? And god forbid you expect any employee to actually act in the benefit of the customer! Shameful!

  5. I have a big complaint about your manager in Forks, WA. Yesterday I was in your store and this man walks up to me and asks “What does your dog do for you?” Automatically I started to stress out and my anxiety was rising. I couldn’t find 3 letters and words to make a sentence. Then I remembered ESA and he said “I DON’T HAVE to accept you dog” now my dog is a small dog and she was in a doggie bag that I carried around my neck. She wasn’t barking or whining, she was just sitting there looking at me. I told him I am getting STRESSED and the man said I am getting stressed, then I said my Anxiety is rising and he said his anxiety is rising. Don’t know if he was mocking me or not. Also everytime I tried to speak he would interrupt me and I could not finish what I was saying.I tried to show him my papers and a card that I got with the papers and he said he did not want to see them, but he want to give me one of his cards; which I tore up and left on a cashiers counter.
    Then proceeded to tell my fiancee sorry in which my fiancee replied “Don’t worry” I later call the manager of the store to report him and I introduced myself and start to make my complaint in which he interrupted me again. I ended hanging up on him.

    I have shopped at Walmart, Target, Fred Meyers, Haggen, Red Apple, Safeway and have never been stopped by customer service or any other store member.

    Forks is a tourist town and people travel there with their ESA and ADA aminals. If I tell my friends and family about my experience at your store they will tell more of their friends and family and so on and so on and maybe they will not choose to go to Forks or your store. I have posted this on my Facebook page. I still made a purchase but I will NOT come back to your store or any other store anywhere. You are welcome to come and visit my Facebook.
