  1. I don’t have a complaint, but rather a suggestion. With WalMart and now Aldis offering grocery pick up, I was hoping your Corporation might also try this service. It would be quite a convenience for your customers. I know I would certainly use it, as I’m sure others would as well. I know some of my friends use WalMart just because of the time this saves them.

  2. Its a problem for me that the company is not open all days in calender year. I know that everyone are entitled to their holidays, but you could atleast have a skeleton customer service phone number that is open on weekends and at all public holidays.

  3. I would like to apply for a job with you, but I dont know where to sent the job application to. I need to know if the Corporate Office address is the same as the Human Resources address.

  4. Now that you are stopping your harps card discount program, this is just one more reason that I will return to shopping Walmart. They are cheaper, better selection. The fuel discount was what kept me coming. Now I won’t. I know that I’m just one customer, so I’m sure that my opinion holds no importance, but I needed to say it. Goodbye Harps!

  5. I work under Ladonna and I think she should send out the schedule to everyone cause she do the schedule late Saturday and she expect for you to know when you work when the schedule changes. She a very confused person most of the time she tell you one thing then tell you another. She have got into it with most of everyone that works there. She not very professional for a manager. I will know if this get out cause she tell everybody business so I will hear about this.

  6. I’ve lived in Thayer no all my life. I’ve seen gro stores come and go. But you people think you can come in our lil town and buy up every gro store in town to corner the market and then come in after everybody gets used to tell being here they jump your damn prices to where ever you see fit!! Then you people are dumb as a box or rocks!!! And that’s exactly what you did!! First you took a store that had been here for 40 yrs and turned it in to a big joke!! I’ve shopped at town and country for 50 yrs!! Well the first thang you don’t was do away with the deli who’s chicken and burgers were legendary in this park people came from miles around to buy their chicken and you shut it down like a dumbass.. That store deli was 2/3 of the stores business. Then you pulled the plug!! Now all we have is that nasty damn greasy Martha’s chicken!! You can’t raise your prices and think that people will stay loyal cause we won’t. We are already puttin together a shuttle to take those who cant drive to west plains to the gro store when they need to get grow. I promise you lil trick to rip off the people of Thayer will not work!! We had 2 stores in Thayer for over 50 yrs and they work real goid together to keep prices down and to keep the food everybody wants!! You ain’t here a yrs and you already runnin a scam!! We won’t set back and watch you rip off the people of Thayer and get richer doin it!! You will here from us!!!

  7. There is a worker at Harps in Batesville AR that is rude to customers, has been observed just standing talking doing nothing at all. The majority of the workers there are nice, but at several different times this has been observed

  8. Just returned from the Noel store. During checkout, one of the meat sale items rang up wrong so had to get it fixed. Then after i got all the groceries in my car and looked at my receipt, I noticed another meat sale item rang up wrong. If y’all are gonna have a meat sale, you should make sure the prices are correct. I’m wondering how many people got ripped off because they didn’t pay attention. This was around 3:00 pm so i can’t be the 1st person who got rang up wrong. Do better!
