  3. The location on Armenia Ave. in Tampa hasn’t filled the toilet paper dispenser for two months. I spoke to a manager at another location and she spoke to them, but I guess they just don’t want to do it. It’s not treating people like humans. This thing with the toilet paper is typical Tampa behavior. I also had to fix the attitudes of the staff of a fast food restaurant and a pharmacy by contacting corporate directly because customer service will not do anything, if they’re even there.

  4. hello, my granddaughter paige morse who is 16 years old and her first job was dunkin donut. paige started the beginning of september and loves her job. well 2 weeks ago paige got a new supervisor named lucimar araujo (1540 commerical street east weymouth 02189) lucy dropped paige’s days from 2 days to 1 day. well i called lucy a week ago and asked why paige lost her 2nd day of working she was not cooperate with me. well my poor granddaughter paige went into dunkies on saturday october 31 to get her schedule and her name was not on not list. I found out from other employees there that 4 new hires statred working and guess what the 4 new employees are all relatived to lucy the supervisor. lucy never even informed paige that she no longer has a job. this broke paige;s heart her first job and also paige had some disability’s and to see my granddaughter face it was so sad. all the other bosses and co-workers NEVER had a bad word to say about paige. try to get the owner’s number frank garcia but nobody could give me his number. paige is heartbroken to think she no longer has a job at dunkies. if this is how dunkin donuts treat people with disabilites this is very very sad. i would really like nigel travis or john costello to read this email and let him decide if paige should still be employed by dunkies. paige would have me iron and apron and her white shirt for the 2 days a week she use to work then lucy came around and took 1 day away. you are talking 4 hours for her 2nd day and 5 hours on a sunday. my heart is broken for her she lives with me and her grandfather and dunkies is only 2 blocks away and she would leave 15 minute earier so that she would be on time it was only a 3 minute walk. please please have somebody in your human resources please read this email i am also trying to make a apponintment with mr. travis or mr costello asap.

I visited the Dunkin Donuts on Niles Vienna Road in Niles Ohio and your workers never gave me back my debit card and I was back with in minutes and they still never gave it to me and now I have to go 5 days with out money because I didn’t notice that my card was gone until 26 hours later and the first thing I done was froze the card!!! And then I called your Dunkin and they said that they have the card but it was to late and I couldn’t stop the freeze on it

  8. First I have to say I used to LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts for years. In the past three months I have very been very disappointed with the little amount of filling donuts have these days. One day we got two cream filled, one lemon and a Boston cream. The two cream filled had NO cream and the other two had about a half teaspoon of filling. We didn’t give up and went back every Sunday for four weeks and the fillings were the same. So unusual as when we lived in Florida they were packed with filling. We have been living in Fort Collins Colorado since that Dunkin at 2801 College Avenue has been opened and were one of their first customers. Loved them from the start until the past three months. We don’t want to give up getting them there but not for much longer as we are very unhappy. My friends and family know how much we love Dunkin and send us gift cards to Dunkin which we appreciate but the quality of the donuts has diminished. Please if you can correct this problem we would appreciate it. Thank you so much.

  9. Thanks for taking my observation. The free club coffee does not serve all of the years and years of loyal customer patronage in favor of the younger and more technically savvy younger demographic. Perhaps some of those left out will rethink their choice of coffee on the go.

  11. Why did corporate change lids on coffee cups. They are terrible they cause the coffee to leak out of lid. I purchase 5 cups a day and hope you will change back to the older lids.someone is going to get burned with these new lids. I hope I don’t have to start buying my coffee somewhere else, but I will if the company continues to use these lids.

  13. Hi, I have been a Dunkin loyalty customer for 10 years. I sent in a request for a refund because I was over charged and was denied. As of this email, you are running munchkins promos in New York, 10 for $2.00. When I used the app I was charged full price. I went back to the store and they wouldn’t honor the request because no mgr. was on duty. I requested a refund from customer service twice and they wouldn’t honor it. Seriously, is that how you treat loyal customers? As I see it you owe me $1.20, can you credit me the balance due. Times are tough. Case# 07971681

I have bern a customer of dunkin donuts for many years and the one on Lee Rd in Orlando is 1 I use during wk everyday at 5am.. i have seen the changes of staff and managers… This new woman is HORRIBLE I dont know if its because its 5am or if its just her . not pleasant, not friendly… Starts coffee as I pull up.. I ended up with very strong horrible coffee 2x this wk. WILL NOT BE A 3rd TIME..I pass WAWA on my way eill be my new place… You left 2 great managers leave for this…they were always on time. And ready and friendly. With tjis new lady I get the feeling Im bothering her… Well I wont anymore..can spend my money else where…

  17. I went into your Greenfield/ Juanita store in Mesa AZ and ordered a small coffee and plain donut. I only had 100.00 bill and some change. The cashier took the hundred called over a coworker and told me they could no take or break (not sure which) the bill. Asked how much change I had and I hac 1.62 cents. I was told I didn’t have enough change and cancelled the charge on their comp. No coffee, no donut. I am 91 years of age and gladly would have returned with the difference.

  18. We went to the Dunkin store in Warrensville Heights Ohio, the person helping us did NOT have a mask on, only a plastic shield that did NOT cover their mouth or nose. The plastic shields are not to be worn without a mask as, according to the CDC, they do not afford protection if worn alone without a mask. I have tried to call the store to speak to the Manager and the line is either busy or rings until a message says to put in the code number. We are very unhappy with Dunkin and may not return to any of their stores until someone takes care of their mask problem!

    I would like to offer praise not a complaint I work at Leach Animal Hospital in Mashpee which is less than a mile down the road from your Rt130 Dunkin Location in Mashpee, Massachusetts. We frequent there multiple times a week with very large diverse beverage orders for our staff to literally keep us running. You have an employee there named Nicole who I believe is a shift leader. She is amazing. She is so smart and friendly and she hustles!!! The coffees are always perfect and made swiftly. She makes you feel she is happy to serve you and takes a lot of pride. I feel employees like this are few and far between these days and absolutely essential to your business. She truly keeps that store moving and your customers happy. I just want you to know how valuable she is to you and hope you make sure you make it worth it for her to stay. Thanks so much for your time!! Great job Nicole. We appreciate you so much.

  24. On Sept 14th, I recd the wrong item while picking my order up at a Miami Drive Thru location. Only after I drove off did I realize that the item I ordered was replaced by an item that I do NOT eat. Thankfully, it was minimal $ and the worst part was that I didn’t eat breakfast that morning. No big deal. At the next light, I wrote an email to Dunkin Customer Support from my “Rewards” App requesting the refund. At that point, I thought that was all I had to do to get back the monies I was charged in error. From that point on, everything that should have been easy suddenly turned terribly bad. I get an email “2 days” later from Nenfri stating that the store I visited was a franchise location and due to that fact, Dunkin Corporate cannot provide a refund. She stated that someone from the store location would reach out to me to discuss. Considering that I didn’t agree with that resolution and I already spent way too much time on this refund request, I wrote back requesting Dunkin to address this situation and do the right thing for the customer… Not only did I never hear back from Nenfri but no one from the store ever called me back either and it’s been over 2 weeks since then.
    So I decided to call Dunkin Donuts Customer Service today to follow up. The 1st call I was on hold for 10 minutes before Gabriel got on… and after explaining the situation and giving him the Case #, the phone went dead. I called back and after a similar Hold, Frederick got on and I gave him the Case# as well. The interesting part of this is that Frederick specifically asked me for my phone number should a callback be necessary…. and when the phone call got disconnected again, he NEVER called back! So is this the way a Dunkin Donuts customer should be treated? I hate to say that it was NOT “One” isolated incident and my issue is still not resolved. I understand that a restaurant can make a mistake but the worst part is how Dunkin has handled it from the 1st time I notified them of the problem… It’s almost as if they just don’t care. To claim immunity because it was a Franchise location is ludicrous… especially when the issue can be easily resolved…. But instead, I was ignored over and over again; forced to send multiple emails, make unnecessary phone calls and get hung up on without Dunkin Cust Service ever trying to attempt a call back. Ultimately Dunkin Donuts potentially lost a customer when they could have done the right thing in the 1st place. Dunkin needs to make changes to their Refund Policies and most of all their overall Customer Service!!! I am sorry about this email but these are the facts! A customer should never be treated this way especially when Dunkin Donuts made the mistake!

  25. National coffee day I received my free coffee at Starbucks rather than DD- why because it was FREE as long as I brought a reusable cup. Didn’t go to DD for my free coffee because you had to make a purchase so really there was no Free coffee at DD

  26. Good morning, hopefully better than mine was. I grabbed a cup of coffee this morning @ the Camillus DD. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I was given a large cold coffee. this was suppose to be hot. The cup I was given looked like it was used as a butt dispenser…disgusting! I kindly asked for a new one due to both issues. I was given a new coffee still in the same cup! I have never. Just disgusted. My girls and I are pro DD but this was disgusting. I usually stop at least 3x a week and on weekends. Willing to wait bc/ I love the coffee usually. However this is unreal and I honestly will have to rethink spending my money on cold, dirty, cups/coffee. If I am paying the money that DD charges, I do expect a clean cup and a hot cupof coffee. Another side note: every cup i get these days seem to leak. May need to look into that as well.

I just went to the new Dunkin’ Donuts in Columbus Indiana and I’ve been a customer for over 50 years I have never complained I’ve been very satisfied no matter which Dunkin’ Donuts I went to Bread in Columbus the people in Columbus Indiana that open the new store they’re not putting the same amount of jelly filling in the donuts I even got plain donuts without sugar got to and they were what I consider getting a little stale they must’ve been cooked yesterday or real early in the morning and then they sit out there and got stale are nuts really stale just not fresh

  30. Hello, I went to your Dunkin Donuts on Main St. In Durham CT on my break from a nursing home that does a lot of business with the company. I asked for an ice coffee with hazelnut swirl and a hot coffee with hazelnut swirl and I was told that they no longer have hazelnut swirl it was discontinued. This was my 2nd time experiencing this problem at this Dunkin. So the lady said wait a minute I’ll be right back… she took a ice coffee cup went to the back and brought back hazelnut swirl in the cup and made the ice coffee. Then I told her that I needed a large hot coffee with 5 pumps of hazelnut swirl and she went to the back again and came back with the hazelnut swirl in a hot cup and made my order. When the employee was finished with my order she told me this would be the last time that hazelnut swirl would be given out and don’t come back to order again because this store will not give it out. She also said don’t tell anyone I gave it to you. I was upset because she didn’t give me anything I paid for it. It seems like this Dunkin is keeping the hazelnut swirl to themselves. I’ve never had this problem at any other Dunkin in CT or being this rude. The worst thing for a business is word of mouth and my co work told me that this same Dunkin has problems. I went back and told the facility about my experience.

  31. I placed an order on 12/22/21 through your mobile app. When I arrived to pick it up I was told that the order was unable to be fulfilled due to the kitchen being closed for routine maintenance. The entire 30 dollar order was not fulfilled. When I asked to receive a refund I was told that since the order was placed through the app, that the refund would need to be requested through the app. The responses that I received via email from a customer support coordinator named Moises were the most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered from a place of business and ultimately my refund, for an order that I never received, was denied. I have the entire email thread of these interactions that I would love to share with somebody in order to address this issue.

  32. I went to Dunkin Donuts on Friday, January 7th. I ordered a refresher and a blended mocha. I was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make the blended mocha. I got my refresher and left. As of this moment, I still have not been charged for the refresher. Lucky mee!! Today, I went back for a refresher and a banana smoothie. On Friday, I was asked what I wanted my refresher made with. I asked for black tea. Today, I was NOT asked what I wanted my refresher made with, so I asked her. She said in a VERY soft voice, she could ONLY make it with soy milk. I could not hear her and assumed it was with black tea. I should not have assumed. I was then told they could not make my banana smoothie because they did not have all the ingredients. So, I just ordered my refresher. When I got to the window, I could see her making my refresher. She first poured “silk” in the plastic cup. Then the peach flavoring. I then asked her if that was my refresher, she said “yes” i told her i can not have dairy. She said. “As I told you, we can not make it with green tea.” Ok, not that was rude. I then told her, “I could hardly hear you over the speaker”. then I told her “ok, I will take a decaf coffee”. She did not ask what size. Knowing it was my birthday drink, because I had mentioned that, AND we already had an issue with the banana smoothie, you would think she would just give me the large. She told me my total, I paid with the application. This is my birthday drink, expiring today. I had no other choice. Then she handed me my coffee. When I got home, I added non-dairy creamer. The coffee was so strong. It was horrible. I can not understand how a coffee chain can run out of ingredients. Who is responsible for ordering? This is so frustrating. This also is not my first problem with this Dunkin Donuts. The other time, their blender was not working for WEEKS. If I did not have money still left on my application, I would not go back. There’s so many other coffee places in the same area that ALWAYS have what I want.

  34. The state road 84 location in 33325 Davie is constantly closing early. I get off work late & sometimes depend on the store for something to eat because it’s the only place near me that’s “open”. It says closes at 2am but by 1am every night it’s closed & empty. If I’m lucky enough to get off around 11/12 they’re open but say they’ve already thrown out ALL food & absolutely nothing is available

  35. I usually go to my local Dds four to six times a day ordering at least two coffees at a time. I usually get an xl hot and a lg ice hazelnut swirl however when I went to go get my coffee this morning I was told that the hazelnut swirl was discontinued! That’s is the only drink i drink! I literally go to bed with a Dds coffee and drink it throughout my night….why would the company discount such a great flavor? I was offered french vanilla swirl today instead and it actually made me sick to my stomach, I couldn’t even drink half of an xl coffee. Please bring back the hazelnut swirl or offer it as a product that consumers can buy at the stores and online. I don’t want to go and have to find a new coffee place.

  36. Hello, I am sending this email in hopes that you can help. I have gone to the Dunkin’ location 505 Schillinger Rd. S. in Mobile, AL for over a year now. I am there every morning by 5:25am. For the past month their frozen machine has been down and I’ve had to go to a different business to get my coffee. I’m a single mom of 4 who desperately needs coffee and really loves Dunkin’ coffee. Please send them a new machine or someone to fix the one that’s broke. Thank you!

  37. I am a everyday Dunkin guy and love my cup of coffee in the mornings. Very seldom is my order wrong or the staff is not welcoming. I did want to mention though, these new cups with the additional built in outside sleeve really creates a drippy beverage. Please consider going back to the original cups or changing it to a better design. This would be much appreciated and I would spend less time wiping my cup holders out daily.

  43. I always purchase at the Dunkin donuts at Greene street jersey city NJ. Among the donuts I buy are the Bavarian creme, three times I have been given the vanilla creme instead. This is totally unacceptable and unfair ,because I’m getting and paying for something I did not request or happy with.   45. Your franchise owner In rockledge fl just opened a store a few mo ths ago .I have been 4 times each time disappointed!!!! If I could give a negative review I would! Drive thru is extremely slow! When I got to ask for my order,the young woman had no idea what I was asking for! I asked could I please have a bag of French vanilla coffee. She paused and said, “What? She doesn’t know if they sell bagged coffee?? What is the owner of this place doing??? That is the second time I have been to this store to buy a pound of coffee, and they don’t have it???? Your coffee is my favorite. But if you don’t speak to this owner and his wife about there customer service and training I think you should look at the goggle reviews of this location on Fisk Blvd in rockledge fl, it is a new store I was thrilled to see it being built, however it has turned out to be a huge disappointment!! And if you read the reviews for this gentleman’s store,it is really not good!! Long waits,not carrying products, customer service issue that the Manger will not and has not addresses, training the employees good lord its a mess at this store.!

I took a two year sabbatical from the stores in Londonderry, NH because the service was so atrocious. But after moving out to the seacoast, I figured I would give it another shot. Nope. Just as bad. You spend thousands on a remodel, yet run out of glazed donuts almost every night. And its not like that’s an uncommon donut. Secondly, at least two nights a week there is no decaf (which is all I drink). I have given up ordering a donut. And tonight will be the last time I go to a Dunkin since once again decaf wasn’t ready. You have effectively driven an EXTREMELY long term and loyal customer away.

  47. Julie is a empty “ the palmyra va location. She’s always so sweet and very prompt on my order. Very professional and a beautiful smile. I’m so glad she is here. We need 100 of her. This place has run a lot smoother than normal. Keep Julie around here please

  48. Store 3710 S Fiske Blvd. Rockledge Fl 32955
    5/18/22 At 1:00 pm. Ordered a senior coffee and a donut. Gave the cashier (young lady black hair bun up on head)
    Cashier proceeded to give me back 6.00 and said she didn’t have change of the additional 87 cents I was due back. I said what do you mean, you owe me 87 cents, but because you don’t have change, I am paying an extra 87 cents!?
    She was very snide in her answer and said, I don’t have change, what do you want ME to do! I said I don’t know, but you better do something because I’m not paying .87 more. She said, well, step aside so I can wait on the next customer. I said no I’m not stepping aside, you need to make this right. Another worker said, just give her 13 cents and she can give you a dollar back. I’m still not even sure how this came out, since I got no receipt to refer to.
    Never was I told before hand that they had no change. I am in complete disbelief of this practice! If she doesn’t have change, then short the store, not the customer by nearly a dollar with an attitude. She proceeded to go sit at a table sipping some drink and when a customer came in, she very slowly with zero enthusiasm dragged back to the register. This is completely unacceptable business! I might add that from the reviews at this store, there are many many issues.
    Very disappointed.

  49. Your location ks turnpike near Topeka has terrible service 7 pm manger says were closed product on display and she says im closed great service for a 24hr location i won’t be back any time soon

  50. I would like to compliment the workers and manager at Dunkin Donuts in the Springdale Shopping Center in Stamford, CT. Everyone is so kind and efficient every single day no matter what time of day. Great workers and manager!

  51. I am a long time Dunkin customer
    The staff at the Dunkin store on New County Rd Thomaston, ME are not allowed to receive tips
    This Management policy needs to be changed
    That staff works hard and customers are sometimes rude and demanding
    These employees should be able to receive a little extra reward for their hard work and dedication
    Change this policy for these employees
    With summer and tourist season upon us this staff could use an extra boost
