Its a problem for me that the company is not open all days in calender year. I know that everyone are entitled to their holidays, but you could atleast have a skeleton customer service phone number that is open on weekends and at all public holidays.
My experience with the company is that once they have you as a customer then they make it hard for you to contact them with any problem. For example i was unable to get through at all on the customer support phone number today.
I have been a JC Penney shopper for many many years..Due to COVID I haven’t physically been in a store for over a year..I was so excited to shop again in store at the Penney store at The Mall at Robinson..until I entered the dressing rooms..absolutely horrible..mirrors dirty..carpet filthy..clothing hooks missing..what a disappointment
