I bought a pool table from sears in Moreno Valley, the two gentlemen that loaded it on the truck brought a box that was dirty and partly opened refused to give us another box, would not allow the package to be opened. When we got the pool table home the item was broken in several spots. We went to Sears spoke to a manager who informed us that they would take the pool table back but we had to load this item once again to return it to the store. I asked for corporate number I feel that the item came from the store broken we should not have to pay to load a large item like this and take back we did it the first time and sears should at least have the item picked up and return us an undamaged item. I asked for corporate number I received a number that allowed me to speak to someone in corporate, who basically told me I should have opened this large item before taking it home and checked it and then loaded it to my truck she also informed me that she would file the complaint but that does not mean any one will call me. I asked to speak to a manager and would prefer someone with sear from the us not another country. She informed me she was the manager and if I spoke to some one else it would again be some one there from her country. I bought from a store that is suppose to be here in the states and I should be able to handle issues from some one here in the states. I will no longer be shopping at sears or K-mart. I see now why they are closing stores. I am very unhappy with the purchase and how this was handled. I do not feel that I can trust the merchandise purchased there or how there customer service handle the situations. This is not an item you just toss in a bag not to mention it was a Santa gift to be set out.

How about a Craftsman lawn mower by 3 years ago I went to court today try to get somebody to do something about it I still have to pay about $1800 bucks I went to the Bristol store Virginia foreclosed 6 times ask to have it work on under warranty they lawn mower mowed my yard 2 times before I quit it’s set for 2 years or more the lawyer and the judge tell me to contact Sears 6 4 19

Sears Home Services…scheduled my repair for 5pm when the technician said it would take 4hrs to complete…very inconvenient and very late…I am very dissatisfied with this service for my Sears refrigerator…I have been a customer for over 40 yrs but I will no longer buy from Sears because my refrig is only 2 yrs old and now it needs a new compressor… and I can’t even get it repaired at a reasonable time.

  5. Order XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-026. XXXXXXXX I had an appointment scheduled with Sears Home Services. The technician was Gregory W. The technician came out, spent 5 minutes diagnosing the problem as a compressor on my refrigerator. He said that he had the compressor in the back of the truck, but whined about having to work until 8 PM if he installed it. He then spent the better part of an hour in his truck not performing the repair. With another hour of work he could have completed the repair. He then rescheduled the appoint for September 26th. Late September 25th I was contacted by Sears Home Services that I need to reschedule my appointment yet again. They said that the next available appointment was 2 1/2 weeks out. The problem was that there was not a technician available for my appointment. I told them that this was totally unacceptable and that they needed to send someone out. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. I was put on hold for over 30 minutes before I had to hang up.

  6. I have been having a problem with my refrigerator since March of 2019 and they have not solved the problem. They keep putting me off over and over again. They were supposed to give me another one but they keep pushing it further and further back. We have a warranty and they still won’t help us. I still don’t have a refrigerator.can you please help us. I keep losing food when it goes down. The warranty is in my husband’s name. William Haywood.

  7. I NEED TO SPEAK TO ONE OF YOUR ATTORNEYS. i HAVE A LAW SUIT TO FILE AGAINST SEARS AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO START IF. i LIVE IN SAN DIEGO, CA. MY APPLIANCES ARE ALL RELATIVELY NEW AND UNDER WARRENTY!!! GETTING HELP WITH ALL THE LOCAL NUMBERS HAS PROVEN TO BE TOTALLY USELESS. i HAVE NOW ORDERED NEW APPLIANCES FROM OTHER COMPANIES BUT i WILL SUE SEARS FOR WHAT I PAID FOR EACH APPLICANCE…..LESS THAN 3 YEARS OLD. pLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME ABOUT HOW TO PROCEDE. iF YOU CAN’T SUPPLY THIS INFORMATION IN A TIMELY MANNER, i WILL GO TO THE NATIONAL T.V. STATIONS AND HIRE A BIG TIME ATTORNEY

  8. Refrigerator has not been delivered for Order #907172857 after 7 months. No explanation, no results to my email or phone inquiry. Quite an inconvenience to my family for the ongoing rescheduling! Ordered and paid for appliance on September 10, 2020. Today, April 19, 2021 we just received yet another call that there is an issue with the planned delivery date of April 21.2021. We are so upset! How will Sears correct this problem?

  9. To Whom it May Concern;
    I purchased a kenmore refrigerator back in 2017, from the very beginning we had issues with it. The first refrigerator they delivered to us wouldnt work, so they brought us another one that was dented. Once again they brought another one and it was fine, from the start it’s ice machine didnt work correctly, so for a couple months a sears tech came and attempted to fix it and finally did, while here we are in November 30th 2021 with the same issue again with the ice machine, except this has been going on now since May 2021. There have been approximately 6 changes for a new ice machine and at some points the tech isnt sure what is going on. We finnally received a tech who pretty much sounded like he knew what he was doing and said all this time it was not the ice machine but other issues with the refrigerator. He ordered the parts which we finally received last week Nov.23rd, 2021. The tech came out on Friday Nov. 26th and replaced all the parts. His comment as he left was I hope it works. Well to this day we still do not have a working ice machine. We also purchased the extended warrenty but was told they could not replace our refrigerator because the ice machine is an extra for refrigerators. I have also filed a few food refunds since my fruit and vegatables towards the back of the refrigerator freeze. I am now at the point I do not know what to do, maybe if I send a complaint someone will help us. I will also be posting on yelp, facebook, Instagram and anyother social media what poor service I have received and no to purchase from Sears. I will await your response

I spoke with mr Franklin on April 1, 2022 concerning my purchase of a refrigerator they delivered it and within five days or so my refrigerator store leaking and damage my home he told me that someone will get in touch with me within 72 hours which they did but they was sending the same refrigerator when the text said that they were having problems with it so they told me to pick another model which I did 73315 it was supposed of been delivered but found out they had never put it in I am tired of waiting I purchase this refrigerator last year my home is smelling mildew I have spoken with Cedric the insurance people and I don’t know what is why it’s so hard for me to get another refrigerator which he said that they will be giving it to me also he said that they will reimburse me the money too along with a new refrigerator I’m tired of getting the runaround my name is Doris Taylor my address 2002 Monks Hollow Dr., Florissant, MO 63031 my phone number 314-283-1515 I asked for someone to call me an address this stuff now and get my refrigerator here I shouldn’t have to wait all this time when it should’ve been addressed along time ago.
