This used to be a good company, until you have a problem. Then you find out that it is really hard to get through to a customer service representative, especially out of normal office hours, which is the only time I am available.
horrible experience I had at Scott Clark Honda in Charlotte, NC. I need to contact someone that can help me with my complaint and no one respond to my emails.
Me husband and I bought a car there and two weeks later we started to receive mail from banks stating that the loan was not approved for a women that we didn’t know. Instead putting my name with my personal information on the application they put some else name with my personal information. We talk with sales manager and he didn’t give to us a good costumer service and was very xxxxxx. He treated us as Mexican.

I have a complaint that I bought a minivan.
I took my car in for an alignment to Victory Honda in Plymouth Mi… When I took it in the car was quiet. When I drove it out the brakes were making a loud noise every time I braked.. To be fair, the service contact Moreno, did say the mechanic recommended lubrication, however with the car in no imminent danger I decided to put it off til after the Christmas holidays due to expense.. If my car was making the noise before I took it in, I most definitely would have had them check it out.. But it truly and honestly was NOT!
Mainly, I am really disappointed because the manager was supposed to contact me the next day and I’ve not heard anything.. Also Moreno said there’s nothing he can do.. I’m feeling ignored and frustrated that no one will do anything about this. This is poor, poor customer service as far as I’m concerned.. Please help..
I had received call from Honda Malaysia on 24/3/2022 at 15:28 regarding on my warranty claim. they have proposed to skim my car brake discs.
I’m disagree on Honda Malaysia proposal to skim the brake pad.
I hope Honda Malaysia will re investigate my complaint and replace with new unit instead of skim the brake disc.
I’m willing to bring my car to HQ for investigation. I would like get to appointment from investigation team.

This is to notify and raise voice as a customer-of Honda-who has unjustly been dealt with among many other customers.
We booked a car with FULL PAYMENT in October 2021, the company representatives verbally committed to deliver the car in January 2022 while on paper the delivery was pledged February/March 2022. The issue rose as soon as February passed, and the company decided to change variants and not deliver the one promised. Instead of compensating for the late delivery they forced the customer to sign for the new variant and pay 20-25% extra money, knowing that the customer has no other choice and cannot escape the company’s profit-making scheme, since he’s already paid the previous amount in full and has been waiting for the delivery of his car for the past 5 months. No notice is being taken for such behavior, no compensations being offered, and no customer support is being given.
The question being, where does the customer even stand for Honda? When he’s not even being valued, nor are his concerns being addressed by any department of ‘Honda’ here in Pakistan and neither is he being heard…

Hello, I wouldn’t say this is a complaint. I would say it’s more of a headsup. I’m an owner of a 2019 Honda Accord. On 3 different occasions I have experienced my speed limit notification say that the speed is 90 once and 100 miles per hour while in a school zone. If you need more information please contact me.
The srs airbag light of my 2021 model Honda crv came on. I took it for service. They said that Srs Unit is defective and will change. They changed the Srs unit but the problem was not solved. I took the car to the service center where I bought it. They investigated and said that the frame of the front passenger seat was defective. They installed the front passenger seat of another same model car on my car. srs light went out. They said the front seat needs to be replaced. They called Honda. Honda replied that the car is out of warranty because it has passed 36,000 miles. The service person said it could be a problem with a manufacturing defect. This malfunction is a problem with the car’s safety unit. It should also be under warranty. It is very interesting that a 1 year old car has such a problem. I’ve used the front passenger seat 15-20 times so far. An airbag sensor error in the least used seat indicates that this is a manufacturing defect. I talked to Honda customer service. The lady in charge said that they would evaluate and return within 3 days. It’s been 15 days and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I’ve been looking for the officer who looks after my file for 3 days, but I can’t reach him. I left a voicemail but still no response. Honda has been a complete disappointment for me. The 2021 model car, which I bought so that it would not cost me, inflicted more than 3000 dollars on me in 1 year. The problems I had one after another within a year after I bought a Honda destroyed the perception that Honda was of good quality. It also upset me that Honda customer service was also unreachable.
I have a 2014 Honda CR-V in great condition but roof of car has white spots. I formed a complain with customer service. They said Honda would not pay for it. I have purchased 4 Hondas in the past. I would like to speak to someone higher in the company.
