The restaurant employees are not very friendly and look like this restaurant because it is in high demand and is not interested in providing good service and hospitality. I attached a photo that shows the availability of free tables, but despite this, customers are denied them, indicating the reason for the lack of staff. At the same time, the waiters just get together, chatting and laughing. I would have provided more photos, but Kelsey’s manager rudely forbade me to take pictures and said that this was the restaurant’s policy, but there were no signs saying that images were not allowed.
I am a regular visitor to this restaurant, but today the service was disgusting and unacceptable.
This is a disgrace to your company.
Hello I went to Houston Houston April the 10th North side drive Customer service and dress code… Was unacceptable… Let me explain my 1st time at Houston northside drive I have heard wonderful things about Houston But when I got there I had a reservation reservation for 530 we were a little early and we spoke to the customer service guy at the door and I don’t feel as if he was listening to what I was saying… Also with reading your dress code standards we was fully dressed but when we got there, there was people wearing shorts jogging shoes Sweatpants and they asked me to remove my hats…Not to mention I ordered the ribs and the meat was so tough it almost tastes like paper Having this to be my 1st time I really had a bad experience… I was very disappointed… If the dress code policy has been changed then please update your website.. Also I feel as if the car the customer service guy at the front door should listen rather than assuming… As far as the food I wish I have chosen something Else My mate that was with me his food was very delicious he received the The grill trout and I received the ribs, there was no meat on the bones and what was there was very chalky almost like paper very thin I’m not a complainer at the moment but I will let you know here though this app.
Overall I had a bad experience
A group of 6 goes to Houston’s in Memphis to eat thevtiesteak salad. You have taken the steak off and put chicken. We go there just for that salad twice a month why on earth did you make that change. Please change it back tell me why you made a delishoud dish bad.
It would be great if the company could answer their messages on Facebook. I tried Twitter also but did not get a reply. I suppose I will have to do it the old fashioned way and contact the corporate office phone number.
I have an issue i need to discuss with the customer service department. I am going to send you an official letter by mail. I would suggest, however, that you publish an official customer support email address that customers can email for correspondence.
