They need to put some more resources in to their customer service department. My problem was easy to fix but its too hard and takes too long to get though on the customer support phone number.
I am 83 and disabled. You are my last resort.
On 8/5, I placed an order amounting to more than $200. The delivery date was for 8/6. On 8/6, I received a partial order. On 8/7. I again received a
partial order. The remainder of my order (over 70%) of my original order was to be delivered today, 8/9. between 9am and 10am.
NO ONE CAME OR CALLED
Please resolve this issue
