I have been waiting for almost 2 months for someone to respond to my claim. I forwarded all of the documentation on 12/3/21 and have emailed for a status and have tried to reach the adjuster by phone but have not gotten any assistance. My claim # is 22-25V296F. Please contact me.
I would like to apply for a job with you, but I dont know where to sent the job application to. I need to know if the Corporate Office address is the same as the Human Resources address.
I am unable to get though on the customer service hotline. I would like to know if there is another way to contact customer support, like an email address or on Facebook or similar. Thank you.
Our family experience with an Ohio State Farm insurance agent was a shock. The advertisement that State Farm is ” here to help things go right” is a lie, since it left my brother (L) homeless. He had an outlet kitchen fire in Feb. 2018, which gutted the kitchen, and did smoke damage throughout the house. Since he farmed jointly with his son, he was passing the family heritage farm on to him with a life lease. However, apparently one must watch the wording in the agreement. Brother L’s wife died last Sept., which made it hard to pay one payment of insurance, though he lived at this home for 30 yrs. The son had made one payment, so State Farm gave the insurance claim funds to the son without any rules, which left the father homeless. He moved in with a family member, then a camper. Seniors have experienced similar situations, which have left them homeless and helpless. I hope Ohio’s new Senior Safe law will give protection for situations like this. Family and friends have helped restore the home, but we still need funds to finish. The son hasn’t financed anything and said he didn’t intend to, much to our surprise. This isn’t right for State Farm to do this and we hate to split the family with a law suit. Very disappointed.
My son’s car has taken water damage, so my issues are with the Property Complex team. The car was flooded then towed to an auto mechanic. Filed the claim and the team had the car towed to some location. Got a call back from the team, very rude people. Was told the car needs to be inspected and the engine torn apart for signs of water damage. I’m not a mechanic any more, but I know that a motor can take damage on the seals if the water does not cover the engine. Water did enter the engine thru the tail pipe. The mechanic cannot turn the cam, the engine is seized. It’s like these guys don’t know what seized means and they are looking for water damage? I have to authorize this tear-down with the possibility that the insurance might not accept the claim and I would have to foot the bill. I cannot convince the team member to call the mechanic with instructions on what they are looking for and how to proceed. This is ridiculous. This what this company has fallen to?
Maybe our comments will help State Farm do better to make restitution. Have you heard from anyone to correct the problem?
