  1. I want a refund not a flight credit my ticket cost 300 why would I want a credit of 125. I miss three days of work I want my money back. I was on flight 857 from Jamaica to Philadelphia on 6/12 did not leave until 6/15. Was in the airport for over 5 hour no food or drink. I want s refund.

  2. I sent a message regarding advantage points being taken back from my account, have not received any response whatsoever. Those points are earned by loyal customers, so why is it okay to expire them? That is bad PR. Please re- instate these points, I earned from traveling with AA.

  3. I recently traveled with AA and my laptop is now busted and will not turn on. I am looking for some answers and some compensation.

  7. Recommend the AA CEO focus on quality services, safety, and profitability. Stop political involvement in VOTING laws! All Americans can get or use their ID to register and Vote. We don’t need or want your political involvement in Voting laws. Have a great day!

  8. I have an old AA customer appreciation certificate that I would like someone to see but I cannot find a proper email. I have had this 65 years. This is what AA was built on.

  9. I was a passenger on American Airlines flight 5647, from Charlotte NC to Huntsville AL on DEC 3,2019. I was already seated when another passenger entered the cabin at the last minute with a dog in a carrier (not a service dog), I motioned for the Stewardess and she approached very loudly and I asked her if the flight was full, the passenger had unzipped her dogs kennel and the dog did a short bark and wanted to lick my leg. She said loudly enough for all the other passengers to hear her that I didn’t want to sit next to passenger because she had a dog, I told her that was exactly correct because I am allergic to dogs, then she told me I could move and she was not polite about it. When I purchased my Airline Ticket for a round trip ticket to CA would I be subjected to a rude airline stewardess nor a dog. Please take action there many other passengers like me who are allergic to some pets, and we should not be insulted by AA employees. Thank You, Joann Hereford

  10. How do I contact the corporate office headquarters by phone here in the UK. I would like to know if you have a UK customer phone number or corporate number, thanks.

  11. This used to be a good company, until you have a problem. Then you find out that it is really hard to get through to a customer service representative, especially out of normal office hours, which is the only time I am available.

  12. Can someone from sales or customer service please reply to my complaint on your Facebook page. I sent you a message with my problem, but have not heard back yet. That was 2 days ago

  13. How do I contact you by email or live chat? I have tried the Headquarters phone number but I am unable to get through to a real live person in the weekend.

  14. I would like to apply for a job with you, but I dont know where to sent the job application to. I need to know if the Corporate Office address is the same as the Human Resources address.

  15. They need to put some more resources in to their customer service department. My problem was easy to fix but its too hard and takes too long to get though on the customer support phone number.

  17. I hope AA realizes the kind of people they employ and their lack of moral compass. Some, not all, of the pilots that work for American Airlines are the biggest sleeze balls. They have affairs, lead double lives and some are just horrible human beings. They joke with each other about multiple women I multiple cities and lie and cheat to take advantage. One of their pilots met my then 20 year old sister almost 3 years ago and got involved in an in depth relationship with her. Even asked her to marry him. Added her to his buddy passes, they moved in together and he even proposed marriage. Myself along with my family had reservations since he was 37 years old when they met, but this man came to our families homes multiple times and told us how in love with her he is and how lucky he was to have found her. He said he had a horrible divorce 4 years prior and didn’t think he would ever meet someone again. We just found out that it has all been a lie and he has another family in another state. I would love to know what American Airlines thinks of these types of people and pilots using their positions and schedules to carry on these double lives and bring hurt and harm to so many people. I think it should be their business as these pilots are using their employment with AA as a means to carry this out. If anyone knows the contact information that I could submit a formal complaint for the department at AA that handles these types of issues and that would actually listen to and follow up on this behavior please let me know.

  18. This has been the most horrifying credit card experience I have ever experienced. I have never been treated with such disrespect. A simple application process turned out to be an accusation of fraud.
I will never associate myself with this company ever again!!

  19. my flight was cancelled due to weather, the pilot would not release our bags and had to wait when there was another flight we were going to be able to get on if he released our luggage, we were transferred to a Delta flight that was cancelled and had to have the flight rescheduled to American, All reps that I spoke to were rude and not emphatic about our situation and told us to just wait a few days. We did not have a few days to wait, just like everyone else plans are made in advance. I had to cancel our entire trip. The first rep that I spoke to I told her I wanted the entire trip cancelled since we were unable to get out. She did not process our request and I had to call back to have the trip properly cancelled. I was told that a full refund would be issued back to me within 7-10 business days, the rep even placed me on hold to confirm with a leader. I called today and spoke to another rep who was unprofessional and said that I was given misinformation and not to call back for 21 days! This entire experience has been awful and extremely stressful. Please refund my full ticketed price as promised!

  20. I was going to take a trip from Indy to Charlotte on 11/21/17 to visit my sister, On 10/31/17 my mother had a stroke & was lifeline to a Indy hospital (at that time I did not know the outcome of my mother). I called on 11/06/17 & talked to a AA agent, told him my issue with my mother & asked what I could do about my ticket for 11/21/17 (I was not going to be able to travel due to caring for my mother) & was told that I could reschedule my flight before 10/10/2018. Was told when ready to call & book my flight ( that I had a credit). I called 6/28/18 & talked to an AA agent & was told that he could not do anything but that I needed to email Customer Relations department & ask them to remove the NO GO STATUS from the ticket. He walked me through the steps & that was done, Received an email saying that they would be getting back with me (No response). Called back on 7/10/18 to a agent (not very nice) & was told that I had no credit & that there was nothing she could do. I sent another email to Customer Relations dept with a email back saying we will get back with you (No response). Called again on 7/13/18 to agent & was told nothing he could do he even went & asked a supervisor. Later that evening a agent called me & told me I had no credit & nothing they could do asked for corporate office & he said they do not have a phone number (Really !!!! Corporate office with NO PHONE NUMBER).
I am not happy about what has done to me – I called & was told by one agent that I had a credit & could use that credit until 10/10/2018 & then I was told not able to. The second agent I talked with said that everything was recorded & in the notes. I just want what I was told I had. Nothing more – Nothing Less
